Plans are sized to your resident census. Onboarding is a flat fee, quoted upfront. Renewal increases are capped in writing. And if you'd ever pay more in overage than the plan that fits you, we move you to that plan.

How long does implementation take?
It depends on your programs and data. Rollouts run in four phases: discovery, configuration and migration, go-live, and ongoing support. Your current system keeps running until cutover, and you get a dated plan during scoping.
Can you migrate our existing records?
Yes. We bring residents, staff, and open balances across from spreadsheets or exports of your current system, then verify the data against your records before cutover. Nothing goes live until it matches.
How does Dacnus handle HIPAA?
Role-based access, complete audit trails, field-level encryption of PHI at rest, multi-factor authentication, and a BAA process. It also ships with a library of written HIPAA policies and a documented risk analysis, so the administrative side is covered alongside the technical one.
Can families and guardians be involved?
Yes, through a guardian portal you control item by item, protected by mandatory MFA, with access that expires and is re-authorized by your staff. Families can also send feedback through secure links without creating an account.
