Our commitment

This website is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The people who evaluate care software include clinicians, administrators, and family members with a wide range of abilities, and the site should work for all of them.

What that means in practice

• Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone: a skip-to-content link, a logical focus order, and a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, including on dark surfaces.
• Pages use a semantic heading structure and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate by outline rather than by scrolling.
• Animations, including the product carousel on the homepage, respect your operating system's reduced-motion setting, hold while you interact with them, and can be stopped with a dedicated pause control.
• Text and interface colors meet WCAG contrast requirements, every form field carries a programmatic label (the full contact form uses visible ones), and interactive controls meet a 44-pixel touch-target minimum.
• Each product screen carries a written description where it is shown full-size — in the homepage carousel and on the module pages. Thumbnails that repeat an adjacent heading are hidden from assistive technology so the same card is not announced twice.

How we test

Before significant changes ship, we audit the affected pages with automated accessibility tooling (axe-core) and manual keyboard and screen-reader spot checks; the most recent audit, on the date above, covered every page. Automated tools catch only part of WCAG, so we treat their results as a floor, not a certification — and we fix what the audits find before publishing updates to this statement.

We deliberately do not use an accessibility overlay widget. Overlays can interfere with the assistive technology people already use; we fix issues in the site itself instead.

Scope

This statement covers the Dacnus marketing website. Accessibility of the Dacnus platform is addressed with each customer organization as part of implementation.
